Reading the story of Isaac in Genesis the other day, reminded me of the Michael Card song "They Called Him Laughter," which I have not heard but whose lyrics I have read many times over. The chorus goes:
They called him laughter
For he came after
The Father had made an
Impossible promise come true
The birth of a baby
To a hopeless old lady
So they called him laughter
'Cause no other name would do
